Lemon Cayenne Infusion

This easy brew might tickle your raw throat a wee bit, but only in the best possible way. Gently spiced with cayenne pepper, it's a sure way to open up those blocked sinuses!

Ingredients
  

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1-2 tsp raw honey
  • boiling water
  • sprinkle of cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add lemon and water to a large mug.
  • Stir in honey to taste.
  • Finish with a sprinkle of cayenne.

Notes

As this drink sits, the cayenne will settle towards the bottom of the mug. To ensure an even dispersal, give it the occasional stir to avoid an extra spicy finish.
