Kefir Pancakes
If you like buttermilk pancakes, you'll love kefir milk pancakes too! It's a great way to use up excess milk kefir and have a delicious breakfast while you're at it.

Ingredients
2
cups
all purpose flour
2
tbsp
baking powder
2
eggs
1/4
cup
sugar
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1
cup
milk
3/4
cup
milk kefir
Instructions
Whisk all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until smooth and homogenous.
Let the batter rest for ten minutes.
Melt butter over medium heat in a frying pan.
When it's hot, ladle on the pancake batter.
When you start noticing little air bubbles on the surface of the pancake, flip it and allow to cook for another minute or two.
Repeat.
Notes
Butter has a tendency to burn over high heats, so you may have to wipe the pan with paper towel after each set of pancakes.
